Meeting Dates / Times / Locations
Whether you are an SFBA member or not, you are welcome to join us monthly (from February through October) to learn and share about beekeeping. SFBA holds meetings in each of four counties (Mariposa, Tuolumne, Calaveras and Amador) of the Sierra Foothills. See below for details:
MARIPOSA, CA
Meetings are normally held on the third Monday of the month at the Mariposa Public Library meeting room from 7-8pm (February through October). Contact Tim Bryant 209-742-6191 for details.
JAMESTOWN, CA
Meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month at the Jamestown Community Hall on Main Street in downtown Jamestown from 6-8pm (January through October). Contact Ken Fowkes at 209-533-0615 for details. Meetings are now happening in 2024.
CALAVERAS COUNTY
Currently our Calaveras County Beekeepers meet in either Jamestown or Jackson. Contact Ken Fowkes at 209-533-0615 for details. Meetings are now happening in Jamestown 2024.
JACKSON, CA
Meetings are normally held on the third Wednesday of the month from 6-8pm (February through October) at the American Legion Ambulance Office. Its address is 11350 American Legion Drive in Martel, just off Airport Drive. The meeting will be in the Ambulance building and the training room is the center door. There are no meetings scheduled at this time.
